Hello good friends! This heart-chakra focus yoga flow is all about opening ourselves up to compassion and acceptance. When we learn to love and forgive ourselves, we create more space for us to share love and acceptance with others.

Yin yoga is a much slower, restorative form of yoga than some more common, Western styles of yoga. Expect longer hold of postures, deeper stretches, and a more relaxing practice.

“In a world where you can open any door, first of all choose to open the door of your heart.” – Alexandra Vasiliu

If you’re new to yoga, remember that the most important thing is to stay focused on your breath. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the poses correctly or if you need to take a break. Be patient with yourself, do what you can and remember to relax.
