Few books have become as infamous to me as Pema Chödrön’s When Things Fall Apart.
I’d heard from a multitude of friends, teachers and wellness champions that this book was a must-read. So I logged it in a note in my phone and there it lived for months & months before I finally got around to picking it up.
It seemed like such a powerful book for right now. Without a doubt – sh*t feels like it’s falling apart right now. And this book has been hailed as a classic that cuts to the heart of spirituality and personal growth.
How can we continue to go about our lives when we’re covercome with fear, anxiety and pain? Even if we’re not deep in the throes of personal tragedy, we still deal with stress and axiety on a daily basis.
How do we feel content and present in our every day life? Pema’s answer might surprise you.
