How are you feeling in the first few days of the New Year?
We knew nothing would magically reset once the clock struck midnight on December 31st, but we could dream right? If you’re still looking for ways to connect and regroup after a hectic year, give this New Years guided meditation a try!
I’m a big advocate for setting intentions and goals in the new year, but in order to do that we have to first check in with ourselves. Before we create a mile-long list of to-do’s, we first should ask ourselves how we want to FEEL in the coming New Year.
This could be a great time to practice visualization: putting yourself in the seat of your future self and envisioning what you’d like your future to be.
