Give yourself a relaxing start to your evening with this all-levels yoga class. We will focus on our breath and using the proper alignment to cleanse and renew the body. Check in with your Self and slip in to a peaceful evening that much easier. It’ll be a workout that leaves a smile on your face. All levels are welcomed!
