Vinyasa in Mid City

Vinyasa classes keep you moving. You’ll flow through creative sequences of Sun Salutations, standing postures linking your breath with your movements. Expect to build strength and endurance. In Sanskrit Vinyasa means “To place in a special way.” In vinyasa, you learn to sync your breath with your movement, as you build up to progressively more challenging postures. You honor your mind, body and spirit when you find that sweet spot—you forget about your worries and are in the moment. You’ll leave feeling energized, calm and balanced!
