Finding Your Word of the Year for 2022 : Live on January 2, 2022

Sierra Vandervort

Yoga + Wellness Teacher

I teach connection. Connection to the body, to nature and to that universal love that holds us all together!

In my yoga teaching, we connect the body and the breath as a form of emotional and spiritual self-care. Through this connection, we embody compassion, joy and strength for ourselves & others.

In my astrology and seasonal connection teachings, we tune in to the energies of nature to inspire harmony & optimal growth in our daily lives!

Hi! This evening I finally tuned in for the replay and not only did the yoga feel amazing, it directly impacted how i was able to bring forth a word of the year and become aware of exactly how it relates to what i need in 2022. my word of the year is connection and it has to do specifically with connecting more to my body, in an effort to allow more guided and inspired action toward my goals and dreams. i’m so grateful for this space and will work to show up more strongly and be present because accountability and consistency is what i need to truly connect this year. thank you!
