How to Recover from Burnout with Mindfulness & Inner Listening
Join Sierra on Instagram Live for energy management 101. We’ll cover tuning into your body and how to recover from burnout.
Oftentimes, when it comes to wellness & self-care practices, the hardest part is showing up.
Finding time and space to nourish yourself somehow always seems to fall to the bottom of the list, where it hangs laden with guilt & obligation before falling off entirely. I hear women say that they don’t have time or they can’t make time to take care of themselves.
If this is you, then I want to let you in on a little wellness secret.
It’s not about time management. It’s about energy management.
Energy comes from four main places within humans: the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
We’ll call these our energy hubs. For each hub, energy can be intentionally expanded or renewed by specific rituals, or intentionally practiced behaviors. And every time we ignore our energy hubs and continue to deplete them, the backfire can be severe.
To put it simply, you have to give yourself time to check in with your energy and give yourself time for renewal. But how do we do it?
Join me in this session where we will learn how to recover from burnout by tuning in to your body and taking time to sit still and listen. I also give you an overview of the four sacred cycle archetypes, which are the pillars of my entire teaching framework!
