In today’s practice – we’re taking inspiration from the Ashtanga yoga lineage. The Ashtanga series are set poses that are repeated in the same pattern every time. Though it seemed a bit controlling & restrictive to me at first – I’ve since come to thoroughly enjoy the stable & reliable nature of the Ashtanga practice.
We’ll move through the Surya Namaskar A & B sequences to help you take on your day with energy & clarity.
