Arnica Montana is a flowering plant native to Europe and Western North America. It’s used externally as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever for sprains, fractures, pains and swelling.
Comfrey is traditionally known as “knitbone” for its use in healing fractures. It contains allantoin, which encourages new tissue and muscle cell growth.
I paired these two powerhouse herbs with lavender and peppermint essential oils for a soothing massage oil for all your random aches and pains. Rub directly in to skin where you might be experiencing pain from strains, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, or anywhere you want to give your skin some extra TLC.
