This all-levels class takes place in a cozy, candlelit room, where you will refresh and restore the body, mind and spirit with a short, gentle, breath-centered hatha yoga sequence followed by active, therapeutic relaxation. Restorative postures are meditative poses held for extended periods of time with the support of bolsters, blankets, and other yoga props. Both soothing and regenerating, restorative postures help bring balance to our demanding daily lives and can help sooth aching and injured bodies and minds.
