This sequence is centered around one of the core, foundational principles of yoga – tapas.

Tapas is the fire of vitality, energy, motivation & discipline. When we create tapas in the body, we burn away stagnation and lethargy. Instead, we prioritize intentional action.

This 30-minute sequence will quickly help you find energy and tapas in the body. A bit of core integration helps you find your inner strength before you relax into Savasana.
