Practice live, or on your own time from anywhere in the world
Connection to the body, to nature and to the universal love that holds us all together!
In the yoga teachings, we connect the body & the breath as a form of emotional and spiritual self-care.
Through this connection, we embody compassion, joy and strength for ourselves & others.
Yoga that Feeds
Everyone is in need of some extra nourishment right now.
In light of the uncertainty & fear in our modern world, we need a practice of self-care and spiritual connection now more than ever.
That’s why I decided to start Yoga that Feeds.
This is a live-streamed, donation-based class that not only nourishes ourselves in a time of high stress, but also gives nourishing food to those who have no other access to it.
50% of all the proceeds collected by Yoga that Feeds will be donated to the New Orleans Second Harvest Food Bank.
I’m here to make it work for you
Whether you’ve never practiced before or you’re a seasoned yogi veteran, my job is to help you connect to your own practice.
We use compassion, curiosity and humility to explore the poses, and I’m here to guide you in your breath every step of the way.
Gentle, all-levels sequences that make room for everybody’s abilities
Step-by-step instruction and alignment tips
Recorded for Playback
Practice with us live, or watch the playback for a private practice on your own time
Even if you can’t donate – we still want you here!

New Orleans is a rising hotspot for COVID-19.
Louisiana currently has one of the highest rates of Coronavirus cases per capita, and the demand for food has more than tripled in our city.
Officials say our food banks may run out of food by the end of the week.
50% of all proceeds collected by Yoga that Feeds will be donated to the New Orleans Second Harvest Food Bank.
