Sometimes called the “inner summer,” our ovulation phase is a time of full embodiment. This is usually when we feel the most inspired, playful, active, and inspired. We’re more magnetic during ovulation, and tapping into this powerful energy can help us use it to our advantage!
In this fun and playful embodiment class, you’ll learn all about the Ovulation Phase in your menstrual cycle and how to harness this passionate energy for creative projects & mental wellbeing.
You’ll want to give yourself space to move and play here, so come with an open heart & a willingness to have fun!
Through this series, I hope that you’ll be able to develop a more intimate and reverent connection with your menstrual cycle. There’s so much magic and wisdom to tap into through our bodies!
