How can we give more attention to our hearts? We exist from our minds most of the time, but really the true power for peace is found in our hearts. When we nourish and connect with this energetic center, we’ve discovered heart chakra healing. In this guided heart chakra yoga sequence, we’ll release tension around the shoulders and chest while finding softness in your heart.

This is a 60 min vinyasa yoga class that will help you connect with your heart chakra both physically and energetically. What does it really mean to “open your heart”?  Together, we’ll find the answer!

This is also a great yoga class for your shoulders and neck. Show yourself some extra love with this heart and shoulder yoga, then wind down with our guided heart-opening meditation.
