In this guided meditation for confidence, we’re going to visualize your most confident self and use this visualization to bring us greater confidence and success. This meditation can help you find a better self-image, plus it’s a great meditation for beginners!
After our meditation, I’ll offer you a quick journaling prompt to help you dive into this a little bit deeper. For the best results, I recommend doing this practice two or three times a week and making a note of the shifts you feel in your journal.
