In this follicular phase workout, we’ll be doing a 45 minute yoga class to help increase your energy and your mood.
Welcome to our Feminine Flow yoga series! This series is all about yoga for your period. In this series, I’ll be showing you how to align the energies of your menstrual cycle with different yoga styles and practices. Today we’ll be doing a follicular phase workout.
Sometimes called the “inner spring,” our follicular phase is a time of blossoming energy, creativity, and goal-oriented action. As our hormones begin to rise, we feel a surge in energy, motivation, and creativity.
In this fun and playful vinyasa class, you’ll learn all about the Follicular Phase in your menstrual cycle and how to harness this blossoming energy for creative projects & mental wellbeing.
You’ll want to give yourself space to move and play here, so come with an open heart & a willingness to have fun!
Through this series, I hope that you’ll be able to develop a more intimate and reverent connection with your menstrual cycle. There’s so much magic and wisdom to tap into through our bodies!
