A Yoga Practice for Forgiveness and Healing

The power of forgiveness is strong, but not easy. In this yoga practice for forgiveness and healing, you’ll learn how to spiritually forgive yourself.

Today’s vinyasa practice combines heat-building, energizing sequences with a soft and open-hearted mindset. As we move with our bodies and in to our breath, we’re reminded to be gentle with ourselves, no matter what obstacles we may face. While forgiveness and healing might be a lifelong journey, we can access those emotions at any given moment.

In this 45-minute practice, we will flow through some sun salutations to warm up the body. Then, a core integration helps lead us into an invigorating back-bend practice, bringing some self-love and acceptance with you along the way.

We will then end on your back for a moment of relaxation and connection with your breath before releasing it into a savasana.

I hope you enjoy your practice today, and I would love to hear how it finds you in the comments below. Namaste yogis!

For my practice, I’m wearing my favorite sustainable loungewear from Mate the Label. They make organic essentials that are totally clean, from seed to skin. Plus, they come from a small women-owned business! If you’d like to grab some sustainable essentials, you can shop them here.
