Twists are a gentle and accessible way to improve flexibility and increase mobility in your spine. They also help to detoxify your body and reduce stress. This flow is designed to help you build a strong foundation in your practice, while also allowing you to experience the benefits of twisting.
We’ll start with a brief introduction to the benefits of yoga and twisting, followed by step-by-step instructions for each pose in the flow. We’ll also offer modifications and variations for each pose to make the practice accessible to all levels.
