Today we’re slowing waaaaay down and leaning into what nourishes and restores our body, space, and stillness. Restorative yoga is a wonderful practice if you find it hard to unwind at the end of the day or if you’re a compulsive “do-er.”
Restorative yoga contains far fewer poses held for a much longer time. So get ready to relax and soften from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Set yourself up in some comfy clothes, light some candles and get ready to relax, darling.
