This series is all about yoga for your period. In this series, I’ll be showing you how to align the energies of your menstrual cycle with different yoga styles and practices.

Today, I’m sharing a soothing restorative yoga class for the menstrual phase. 

Sometimes called the “inner winter,” our menstrual phase is a time of deep intuition, low energy, softer capabilities, and deep magic. If you don’t feel this magic around your menstrual phase, that’s ok! I’m here to show you how 🙂

In this yoga for your period session, we’re bringing some TLC to your abdomen and your womb, plus relieving some tension in the low back. Additionally, restorative yoga is the perfect way to soothe nerves, balance out mood swings, and reduce anxiety.

Through this series, I hope that you’ll be able to develop a more intimate and reverent connection with your menstrual cycle. There’s so much magic and wisdom to tap into through our bodies!
