Inspired by the beloved quote from Brené Brown, this beginner-friendly vinyasa flow is all about finding courage, inner strength, and vulnerability. In yoga and in life, we need both of these attributes to remain healthy and happy. It’s a constant ebb and flow between strength and grace, and that’s what we’re here to find today.
